Do you have a knack for spotting errors that others might miss? As an App Bug Tester, your role will be crucial in identifying and documenting bugs in a variety of mobile applications. Your attention to detail and persistence will ensure that apps are polished and perform seamlessly before they reach the public.
This position involves rigorous testing across different platforms and operating systems, providing you with the opportunity to learn about software development from the ground up. Whether you’re a mobile enthusiast or someone curious about the inner workings of apps, your contributions will be vital in enhancing user experiences and maintaining high standards of app quality.
Roles: You will be required to download apps to your smartphone or tablet and test out all app features. You will then need to write a short review of your experience and list any faults.
Requirements: You need to have access to at least one of the following; iPhone, iPad, Android Smartphone, Android Tablet
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour (Depending on the complexity of the app and detail required for the review).
Skills/background needed:
- Must have access to a smartphone or tablet and know how to install and use apps.
- Be able to work independently
- Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
- 5+ hours availability per week
- Reliable internet connection
Hours per week: Flexible.
Location: Remote work online (US preferred). We are currently expanding the number of remote workers for these positions significantly.
